Photo Neat works on your Mac. Your photos, their contents and their file names never leave it.

The app

Scanning, comparing, scoring and moving files all happen locally. Photo Neat has no account, sends no analytics and doesn't upload photos or information about them. It keeps its settings, scan results and a cache of what it learned about each photo in ~/Library/Application Support/PhotoNeat, and its logs in a __photoneat folder inside each project. You can delete either at any time.

This website

This site uses no cookies, no tracking scripts and no third-party fonts. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect the service.
